When you purchase software, it is suppose to work. If that fails, then I would open ticket with Microsoft. I understand that Microsoft has a fee, but if it is something wrong because of Microsoft actions, they will not charge the fee. I don’t like this approach I outlined above, but based on everything being new and out of box, it should just work.
