I have been able to do so, by saving and executing this commands in an executable file. On the next page, click on Add a keyboard.

Check your USB port is working · Adjust your keyboard settings · Reinstall your keyboard driver · Update your keyboard and USB drivers (recommended). If you’re unable to remove an unwanted keyboard layout from your Windows Settings, then edit this Registry key to get rid of the problem.
